Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Also, you can redirect electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and define the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the mail account you would like to forward e-mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
